Warranty
All Approved Pre-Owned Lexus vehicles come with one year’s Unlimited Mileage Manufacturer Warranty. This applies to all Lexus vehicles regardless of age or mileage. All Approved Pre-Owned Lexus Car Warranties have the same level of cover as the Lexus new vehicle warranty and include wear and tear cover for batteries, exhausts and wiper blades for three months or 3,000 miles.
Preparation and Valeting
Before you take delivery of your Lexus, it has been subjected to a long and comprehensive vehicle preparation including an independent vehicle history check, independent vehicle mileage check, service history check, vehicle preparation and valeting (MOT if applicable). Once the history and mileage checks have been passed, the car is fully prepared to Lexus standards. History and Mileage Check
The Vehicle History Check utilises data from many sources to check the description of the vehicle, whether it has been previously written off or stolen, if there is finance outstanding on the vehicle and the number of previous owners.As with the Vehicle History Check, the Independent Mileage Check is vital as it gives you the confidence that the vehicle mileage has been independently verified.Approved Service History
All Approved Pre-Owned Lexus vehicles must have a service history approved by the Lexus Centre. To qualify all services must be completed by a Lexus qualified technician and all must be completed within 1,000 miles either side of the scheduled service mileage limit or within 2 months either side of the specified time period.30 Day, 1000 Mile, Exchange Policy
Any vehicle purchased from a Lexus Centre with Lexus Pre-Owned status may be exchanged for another vehicle at the same Centre. Subject to the terms and conditions.
Roadside Assistance and Cover
Every Approved Pre-Owned Lexus is supplied with Lexus Roadside Assistance for one year. To really set your mind at ease, you can extend this service to include a nominated partner – providing they live at the same address.Lexus Roadside Assistance includes:
- Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the UK (including cover whilst driving or being carried as a passenger in other cars)
- European assistance for a maximum duration of 90 days – now available in 44 countries

- Roadside Recovery Service
- Lexus Accident Assistance
Lexus Accident Assistance
In the event of a minor or major accident Lexus owners can also take advantage of Lexus Accident Assistance. This includes:
- Recovering your vehicle, if immobilised, to a Lexus Approved Accident Repair Centre
- Providing any assistance required, including passing on any messages to family, friends or colleagues
- Providing a loan car of similar specification (conditions apply)
- Providing assistance with administration and the completion of paperwork

Non Qualifying VehiclesA vehicle will not qualify as an Approved Pre-Owned Lexus if any of the following occur:
- If the vehicle has been involved in a major accident.
- If the vehicle's structural integrity is impaired.
- If the body shell has been replaced.
If the vehicle is a grey market import.
