Approved Used Car Warranty

The vehicle itself is a central element of your driving experience. It's got to be right. So, for your first 3 months of ownership or 3,000 miles (whichever comes sooner), we'll meet the cost of any routine servicing that's required.

Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage warranty. The Approved Used warranty is valid for up to 60 days driving per annum in the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe. If your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll pay up to £50 per day (including VAT) towards the cost of a replacement vehicle subject to the terms and conditions detailed within the Approved Used Warranty Owners Handbook.

Genuine History

You can be sure of exactly how many miles an Approved Used car has covered. Every vehicle* comes with a certificate confirming that the recorded mileage is genuine.

We also make a point of checking every car's provenance - making sure it has no outstanding finance charges and is not registered as stolen or as an insurance write-off. You will even receive a certificate to confirm that the chassis and registration numbers are the same as those recorded by the DVLA.

Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you are welcome to exchange it at any time during the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (terms and conditions apply).

* Vehicles first registered to Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd or a Retailer demonstrator are excluded.
